Can that be the conclusion after reading this for Koilocytosis change (HPV related question) for Dr please.

I have read this:

“When properly diagnosed, koilocytosis is synonymous with HPV infection and active viral reproduction. When the virus actively reproduces and generates koilocytes, other changes in the skin may occur as well”

Since in my biopsy report was stated that “ Koilocytic change in keeping with HPV infection is present”, would it be right to think that at the moment the virus is active and reproduces it self so I might expect in near future to develop some form of Dysplasia.
