My friend went through 2 m/c. Her Dr had her taking baby asprin through the first 3 months. She was able to carry the 3rd up to 33 weeks. He is now a healthy 10 month old. I agree you should find a different Dr who deals with these problems. Good luck, don't give up because of what one Dr tells you.
