HI Kelli, I'm sorry you are going through so much heartbreak. I really can't address your first question, not sure how that would help if you are already ovulating and can get pregnant, but if your doctor "knows" the reason, what does he propose you do about this? If it is lack of progesterone, does he recommend you supplement with Prometrium? It sounds as if you could benefit from a consulation with a Perinatal Specialist about staying pregnant, or a Reproductive Endocrinologist, if it is a progesterone issue, to give you another perspective. Ask your insurance company how you would go about this with or without your current doctor's blessing. Of course, it would be better if he agreed to your seeking a second opinion, but that should not preclude your ability to get one. Good Luck and hope things get better soon!
