Dear Doctors, >From 12 Oct 2002 to Nov 2002 I got spot vaginal bleeding and between 25
Oct till 29 Oct the blood volume was as much as the 2nd day of my normal menstruation. But it was continued with spot bleeding again until 12 Nov 2002. At 12 Nov 2002 I went to the gynecologist, he suggest me currettgae and I did it. But after 1 week later the bleeding was not stop so I went to another gynecologist because the first doctor said to me thet there is a myoma utery and suggest me to do hysterectomy. The second doctor give me a planning treatment as follow : Endometril 2x1tab +Transamin 3x1tab for 15 days and then stop wait until I get my periode. The first day of my periode start again with Premarin 0.3 1x1 tab for 15 days. The 16th days start with Endometril 2x1tab for 10 days. Wait and se wahat will happen with my periode. If the periode back to normal stop the pills. If there is not regular anymore repeat it 3 months then stop and wait and see.

In fact, after I took the Endometril+Transamin 2 days the bleeding was stop until now.

I am 49.5 years old. This spot bleeding is my first experience.

My question : 1. Would you like to tell me about the standart procedure treatment for this condition ? 2. What should I do with my myoma, based on USG on 21 Nov 02, The measure of myoma is 42.6mm x 44.0 mm and the uterus is A 142 mm L 139 mm D 102 mm

Your respond is very hopefully and I appreciate your attention. Thank you.

Mrs Ria.
