I am 48 and the Doc put me on birth control pills to regulate my cycle due to irregular and heavy periods (peri-meno!) but for two weeks after my period stops I continually get a clear watery vaginal discharge. It is definitely not urine because I can wear a tampon and it does catch the discharge. Pap test is normal. Is this part of the changing process or should I be concerned about other vaginal medical problems? When it comes to sex I am so wet that I am embarrashed and my husband tells me not to worry it is better than too dry! Please Advise?
