Question re: depo shotFrom: Debbie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 28 Nov 2002 19:46:45 +0000
I received a depo shot on Oct. 15, 2002. The first month I didn't have menstruation. On about the 15-16 of November I started my period and it started off light but has gotten progressively worse with HORRIBLE cramping and very large clots. I've contacted my dr. and they can't get me in for a week. Is this serious and could it be from the depo shot? Before I received the shot my periods were a little irregular but never more than 3 days and never really with any clots. I was put on depo to help with the irregular periods and pain I was having. Any help would be GREAT! Thanks so much! Debbie "A man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps." -Proverbs 16:9
