Re: Inadequate lubrication :(

Hi,

I had the same experience, changed BCP brands over a few years with no change, and then went off the pill (after 13 years, the last 5-6 with heavy menstrual migraines and vaginal tissue so dry that I sometimes had actual bleeding tears after normal sex). Been off it for 2 years, am using condoms and FAM, and am migraine-free, well lubricated, with healthy, normal vaginal skin, and actually have a sex drive. :-)

Sorry this is not more positive, but for me, the pill at some point simply wasn't an option anymore.

BTW, for lubrication - use Astroglide. It makes a lot of a difference, and seems way less artificial than KY. (Most folks buy KY - there *are* better options.)
