If it is prolapse, it can cause all you are experiencing. I had it and know. After my hysterrectomy, I felt 100 times better! Go to a uro-gyn! They will help you. Otherwise you will have to hunt around for a gyn that will realize all the troubles and fix them! I know exactly what you are going through! Make them examine you in the position YOU discovered the problem! And standing up! This will show them jsut how much it is prolapsed. And if they won't get another gyn!
