Unfortunately, you've had a taste of the limitations of laparoscopy.
When the pain and symptoms get bad enough you are ready to consider
another surgery I would look to a gyn/onco AND a colorectal surgeon as
having the most experience w/severing unnatural connections between
bowel, bladder, other internal organs. And certainly would NOT consider
another laparoscopy for this procedure. There is too much at stake. You
want them to have a FULL VISUAL field given your particular situation.
Laparoscopy can be wonderful, but it does have its limitations,
unfortunately.
