6 weeks post TAH - problem?

30 y/o, 103 lbs, two previous c-sections. Had TAH early Oct for painful periods. Surgery uneventful. No endo, no fibriods - lost aprox 150 cc during surgery according to report. Only "problem" was post op day one my hemocrit at 29.5 (pre-surgery 41.3). Checked 6 hours later and was 28.4. Post op day two (released from hospital) it was 23.4. I went back next day for blood test and was told all was fine. Transvaginal ultrasound showed no fluid behind the cul-de-sac.

Uterus was adhered to bladder. Had problems with spasms. Saw urologist. Cystoscopy showed something sitting on bladder. CT showed it was enlarged colon. Follow CT scan with barium enema showed this corrected. Mild inflamation of large intestine's lining? Started with an "M" but can't remember what doc said exactly.

Ultrasound preformed showed a 2.64 cm cyst on left ovary (week three of recovery) that was not present during surgery.

Now I'm six weeks post, constant low grade fever (99.4 - never higher than 100.5), have pain on left side. Slight yellowish discharge, no odor. Doc says all is fine. Saw urologist and he says bladder is fine, but left ovary is larger than right.

I feel like I have a horrible flu. No energy, constant irritation on left side, short walks gets heart pounding. Urologist said get second opinion from another GYN. My insurance doesn't work that way. Should I worry? I don't think I should still feel this bad at my age from this surgery. Thank you for ANY advice.
