What's going on?From: anonymous@obgyn.netThu, 21 Nov 2002 15:40:02 -0600 (CST)
I had a supracervical hysterectomy in 2001, and the last ovary removed in june of 2002. I have nothing left. Had problems after last surgery with 2 pelvic hematomas that lasted for three months. Had them drained once, and they reoccured 4 days later. They finally essenitally resolved the second time on their own, and i felt better. Now the pain is back and my doc sent me to a urologist for bladder pain again( like with the hematomas.) Ct scan showed cysts in the pelvis. One being a heterogenous collection measuring 7.4 x 2.9 x4.6 cm. A cyst is also seen in the region of the vaginal cuff. How can i have cysts? I don't even have ovaries anymore or a uteus. The urologist is requesting the actuall films from the CT to see them himself. Could these cysts actually be fluid collections again like the two times before when they were blood? It has been 5 months since the ovary removal. I shouldn't still be leaking blood into to the pelvis.
