Wow, reading this took me quite by surprise! I have the EXACT same symptoms as you, pain in exact same area, a 4 day admittance to the hospital, with every test known to man done, eventual removal of gallbladder which did NOTHING for the pain and am now under the care of a pain clinic. I had also had 2 laparoscopies to remove endo and a LAVH 3 months before this pain woke me up one morning. My doctor doesn't think it is from ahesions since the pain is not reproducable with massage, etc. My diagnoses is visceral neuropathy. I just had my first appt. with the pain clinic so haven't learned to much yet but I wanted to write since your story is almost idential to mine! Good luck to you and get to a pain clinic. ;)
