light periodsFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netWed, 20 Nov 2002 19:53:15 -0600 (CST)
hello. wondering if a slim woman with not a lot of body fat would be more prone to having a lighter blood flow during her periods. The reason I ask this is because it seems reasonable that this would occur since there is less fat in which estrogen is stored, and more estrogen builds up the endometrium more - correct? Ever since I lost weight, although my periods are very regular, they are lighter. Thanks a lot.
