I went in to the Dr's offive today and they did another ultrasound. The
results were normal, and my uterine lining was thin and consistant, with
no thickening or remarkable areas. The doctor said to wait, and time my
next couple of cycles. His attitude today seemed to be that this might
just be peri-menopausal.....I am now really confused, because I have
gotten two different messages from him. First he was worried and
mentioned a biopsy, and now he is willing to wait for a while. After
reading Dr response from the good Dr. McIntosh, it sounds like maybe a
biopsy would be prudent. Any comments? Is this short cycle and
irregular period issue normal for peri-monopause....Is the fact that I
have always had short 48 hr periods pertinent to any of this? thanks.
