To the person who claims the pill is not responsible for weight gain - what you fail to realize is that although, in your case, the pill didn't cause weight gain, in other women it does!!!! We are all individuals - my body obviously reacts differently to the pill than yours!

I'm still going to have to diagree with all of you who said that the pill causes weight gain. Firstly, a few pounds may be due to water retention which I totally agree it might be. So, take something for it-a diuretic maybe? When you are bloated drink plenty water. 2-3 litres as I said before. Do not drink all those fizzy drinks like soda. Secondly, there must be something you're all not telling us about the change in eating habits if you gained so much weight. It cannot, from a medical point of view, cause weight gain. I have been on 5 different types of pills and even if I did gain a 1, 2 or 3 kilos I knew it was because I was eating more.
