I am very confused, i just had a baby 5 months ago and at my 6 week checkup i had an abnormal pap smear, it was repeated and came back abnormal again, i had to have a biopsy done a 2 months ago and it came back with moderate dysplasia, my doctor said all dysplasia is caused by HPV is this true? i have been with the same guy for 5 years so i don’t understand where it came from? He said he was going to do a LEEP. i am supposed to have it done in 2 weeks. Anyway i had a yellowish discharge for a month or so and went in the other day to get checked. i saw another doctor( my doc's associate) and he said my cervix is inflammed and red and raw, he said it was cervicitis. i was supposed to have my LEEP done in 2 weeks and he said i should postpone it, What is going on with my i am 23 and scared! can this all be from having a baby? Is cervicitis an infection? Are these STDS? And will any of this interfere with fertility? PLease help!
