I have been plagued with multiple ovarian cysts in the past. I recently went off of birth control pills...just a mere 2 weeks ago and yesterday when my husband and I had intercourse, it was really painful. Not like an ovarian cyst though. The pain was up high around my right hip bone and it continued for about 5 minutes after we were done. When i had my myomectomy, I had 3 incisions..one above pubic bone, in te naval and one at my right hip bone. Could this be another cyst or pain from scar tissue? If it is a cyst I will immediatly go back on BCP's but I can't imagine a cyst growing that quickly after going off.. what would be your guesstimate of why I had pain?
