From Oct i had bleeding for 5 days but after that i have excessive bleeding which last for almost 10 - 12 days. My doc prescribed Provera to stop my bleeding and my blood CBC or (CBS) not sure says everything is normal. I could'nt speak to the doc since he will be back only on Monday. Doctor has prescribed Medroxyprogesterone 10mg to stop my bleeding. My question is what could be the cause of bleeding and if i take these tablets what are the side effects and will it in any case stop from ovulation and cause any disturbance in my hormone levels, becoz i want to get pregnant and cant effort to wait every month with a new problem.
