No, my stools have not been cultured, although throughout the infection
I have had on and off rectal itching and sometimes tearing during bowel
movements as well. I told my doctor this, and she didn't really say
anything about it, just "you know, they have creams for that." Is it
possible they could be connected? They started at the same time.
