Simple question about Yeast Infection (for Kristy)

Kristy,

I specifically did ask my Dr if I have any bacterial infections or any other for that matter. He said no everything is clear(from the vaginal swap). I think that’s why he did the culture to find out if I have yeast infection or BV. Correct me if I am wrong but I thought the culture is the way to check for BV.
