I've been on Orth Tri-Cyclen for almost two weeks (I'll take pill 13 tonight). I've always had bad cramps during my period, and I started my pills the first day I started my period, so I wasn't surprised when I had bad cramps. But my period has been over for days now and the cramps really haven't gotten much better. I still get them bad every single morning. I can hardly even stand to eat anything at lunch.
