I got an initial test and it came back sAG negative Igm core antibody positive

I then got these results sAG - total core antibody - e antigen - e antibody - s Antibody -

I wanted a repeat of the Igm is why I got the second test but they didn't do one. I had a baby 7 weeks ago and they didn't do a sAg test before delivery but I assume they did one at the beginning of my pregnancy. What could these results mean? Any possible way I am not infected or is it possible that everything is just negative besides Igm. I see a specialist before long but I've been ate up about this for weeks and can't wait another couple of weeks for some type of explanation. Thanks
