Sometimes at ovulation you can bleed a little. Probably stress caused if you have been worried about it. If it lasts a week or more (longer than a period) or starts to have an odor...see your doctor. Just keep in mind that you can get STD's from oral sex. The news today in Los Angeles was talking about girls with throat gonorrhea , herpes etc.
