Contraceptive cap?

Does anyone have any experience with the cervical cap?

I've tried a lot of birth control pills and it seems my body just can't deal with the hormones. So I'm going to try the cap.

There is a disposable one called the Oves cap -- made of silicone -- licensed for use in the UK and Canada, which I would like to use. It is allegedly 96% effective when used correctly.

But how hard are these things to use correctly? Seems difficult to insert now --does it get any easier as you practice?
