Previous message: Chin: "Re: brownish vaginal discharge" My wife has been experiencing sudden onsets of severe pain in the muscle of both upper arms, thighs, both calves,and hips. These episodes occure without warning and are not aggrevated by palpation. She is unable to raise her arms above her head to accomodate dressing without severe pain. We have had investigations by two MD's which have included blood tests. The results have been normalin all counts. I compare these episodes to the phantom pain experienced by amputees.
