Sure sounds like perimenopause and you are in the average age range for it. Why are you waiting until 12/1 to start the Prometrium? Prometrium is high dose natural progesterone and should stop the bleeding. Staying on progesterone for the second 2 weeks of each cycle should regulate the cycles and help with all the other symptoms. If this does work for you, then consider switching to a natural progesterone cream. That will be much easier on your liver because you won't have to overdose to get enough progesterone into your body.
