Does it really matter? I'm sure every month women have miscarriages and don't even know it. You might get an unusually heavy period or like you a clot. Perhaps the HCG level isn't high enough to carry the pregnancy. If you want to be pregnant. Try again. To dwell on this can only cause you worry. That you really don't need.
