42yo, history of problems, want baby

Sorry this is long/complex. Everything I read is for only ONE problem. I'm in new job/city, no obgyn chosen, waiting for health insurance.

I'm 42yo, want a baby finally! I started menses at 9yo, maybe from extreme farm pesticides. Took birth control pills age 12-19, some in 20's to lessen VERY heavy periods, 10-12days with huge clots >2", like raw liver (yuck!), 33-38day cycle, constant anemia battle. Hellish, small town Dr ignorant!

Moved to city at 24yo, diagnosed endometriosis, 4 surgeries (no blockages or tube scars) growths removed 26-30yo, Synarel 2 yrs, continuous (no period) bcp 1yr. Periods then 8-10days on 30-33day cycle, clots reduced. Then lost 2 pregnancies in 2yrs. At 33yo, ultrasound showed heartbeat for 2weeks, but Dr said fetus' size not increasing, hCGlevels low, 3rd week no heartbeat, miscarriage 2wks later. At 34yo, heartbeat, fetus' size & hCG levels good, quit at 9-10 wks. Miscarriage 5weeks later, final marriage stress. Gave up, went on continuous bcp/to grad school, supressed periods 4yrs.

Last 3yrs, no bcp & no pregnancy. We're engaged (May wedding), can afford little infertility treatments this year. He's new PhD, we'll have money to support kids but I'm 42 1/2, we need viable pregnancy asap.

Read freezing eggs almost viable, might give couple yrs to afford more fertility help, IVF etc, if eggs were good now. I read suppressing ovulation for years MAY mean more good eggs. But my history & urgency of marriage/baby at 43yo, I need HELP! Info on lessening miscarriage risk (D&C after last 2, no "cause" found), what I should be doing now (soy & infertility?), prioritize efforts when I get Dr who's aggressive to beat clock in limited & increasing budget over 2 years etc.

I'm researching all I can to increase chances. I'm super healthy, look 25yo, active, vegetarian. Cycle now 8-10days on 28-32days & huge clots gone after Dr said no dairy 5yrs ago. I wonder if I'm perimenopausal. Health insurance/$ scarce as grad student 2more months before insurance starts. Fiance 34yo.

Thank you in advance, long post apology!
