Me too too! I had a cortisone shot (in april! for nasal inflamation as
well! and im 37 too!).
i also had my first ever strange period right after. (brown spotting
one month, extra long period the next...) and my first menstrual
migraines. mine finally straightened out about september. my doc
agrees with me that it might have been the shot.
i have no other health problems. not using other meds. not on the
pill.... no changes in diet, or exercise or stress levels. the ONLY
thing different was the cortisone shot.
