Right sided pain before, during and after periods, and right sided pain with intercourse lasting for a day after. Laparoscopic Tubal in June did not reveal any causes of prolonged periods, sonohystogram in July was also unremarkable. Tried Aygestin therapy, still no resolve of symptoms, ultrasound last week showed a small amount of free fluid in pelvis, and endometrial stripe measured 12mm. What can free fluid be caused from, is that normal? Also is the measurement of the endometial stripe (12mm, not during menstruation)normal?
