I'm sorry but the complexity of your situation is unsuitable for any internet opinion. A face to face second opinion would be necessary.

I have had in the past a laparoscopy( my right tube twisted which cut off blood flow) , and pre cancerous cells of the cervix( twice). Our gynecologist recommended us to a specialist because she felt their was nothing she could do for us. After reviewing my medical charts, the specialist told us that both of my tubes were blocked very badly and that I had a 1% chance of conceiving naturally. He told us this without looking at me internally, just by review of my records. He told us that the only options we had were IVF, or adoption. In order to go through with the IVF they need to remove my tubes, because of the hormones we will be injecting into my body. Dr. !@#$!@# says that my ovaries will enlarge and my cervix will thicken, and in the process my tubes may enlarge which may cause the fluid in my tubes to drain into my cervix. At this time he feels their is nothing he can do to save my tubes, and that removing them so they are not in the way or cause problems is the best option. Looking for a second opinion or advice. Surgery is scheduled in 5 days. We want to get started as soon as possible, because I am concerned about the possibility of the cancerous cells reoccurring. Any advice you may have would be helpful.
