I think first of all to have a hormonal profile[FSH&LH.]to assess your
ovarian resreve,then the option of medical treatment as luperon
injections to decrease the size of the fibroid&to make it easy at
removal&to keep the uterus would be feasible after that ,then to have
ovulation induction&good follow up during pregnancy for the weak
myomectomy scar..This might be an optional treatment.
