Kelly Shanahan, MD, FACOG: "Re: Clomid and Brown Discharge" I have been experiencing brown discharge during my first course of Clomid 50mg. I took it on days 2-6 and have had brown discharge on cycle days 17 and days 22/23. I ovulated on day 21 and have had ovarian pains on both sides during and since ovulation. Could the discharge be related to any or all of the following?: a) ovulation b) the onset of my period c) ovarian cysts induced by the clomid Is brown discharge a common symptom related to taking clomid?
