Hi Minnie:

I'm not a Dr, but I'll try to help you. Please see my answers below:

Minnie: Sometimes an ovarian cyst can affect your hormones, which then affects bleeding.

2.Is there any other symptoms that I should be watching for?

Minnie: Symptoms are vague and vary; you don't "need" to watch for anything. What you do need is that follow up u/s.

Minnie: I'm not sure, but I've read it can take 1-2 months. Please ask your Dr the size in cm of the cyst. I hope this helps.

Best wishes.
