Recently I was taking Flagyl for reoccurent bacterial infections and my husband also took the same medicine, I think we were passing something back and fourth. I am still having some burning feeling, should i continue to take the gel until I got back on the 11/4/02. I went to the doc on Oct 22 and thats when I found out that i had a bacterial infection, we had sex on oct 19th and it HURT, burned, etc. I recently have stopped wearing thongs to see if thats the problem. This is like the 5-6 time in 3 months that I have had a bacterial infection, is there anything I can take daily, weekly or monthly to prevent this from happening?
