Thanks Doc,

What do you mean to remove the pessary. I have read all instructions carefully and there is no instruction to say so. I just place it in as deep as possible with applicator and I think it will dissolve by itself.

I can not imagine I can take anything out that deep by my hand.

I am completely confused!!! I live in Australia.
