Thanks, Jessica. My GYN said that she would and could keep my ovaries. Now I have one more question. Should I have an open surgery or larascope? I know different doctors have different preferences. And I have read about 200 postings on dermoids from this forum. Still, I want to know for my case, what I should have. It seems that my dermoids are quite small. Do you think it can be done by larascope? I asked my gyn about this. She said people have larascope only when they don't need to keep their ovaries. But I read many postings here which said that you can do it when the dermoids are small. I am a little confused. If you were my GYN, which way would you choose? Thanks for your opinion.
