Hi Becky, Yes, it is frustrating knowing that even though we do everything right there is still a possibility that we might miss something. This is what annoys me, the other day I was talking to this gynecologic-oncologic over my results from the biopsy I had done and it did say that there is “kylosytic changes to keep with HPV virus are present. No dysplasia is seen” so I said if we can be sure that really nothing has been missed and he said we can not be sure 100% never. Where does that answer leave me? I will be worry up to my next check up in 6 months that they might have missed it. One thing for sure from now on I will insist of having Thin Prep instead of Pap test. With 30% failure Pap Smears are not that good, I know this rate falls with having it done year after year. Do you know what is the accuracy rate with Thin Prep?
-- Maggie Good luck to you
