really upset with my ob re the inflammation-- advice very much needed

as I previously mentioned, the inflammatoin I have been suffering from came back. I saw my ob-gyn yesterday and my ob-gyn didn't even look and told me it was a yeast infectoin, but my family doc took a culture and it came back negative. I tried telling him this and he was not listening. I now have an appt friday with a new ob-gyn my family doc switched me to. it always starts off with external vagina itching like a yeast infection. no abnormal odor or discharge. all my swabs come back negatve. then, the inflammation kind of spreads upwards it seems and I feel pelvic pain adn bladder irritatoin. my ovaries/tubes are slighlty tender and it feels like a bladder infectoin in a way (though its not. been ruled out.) also my wbc is normal so there is no infectoin. it is just some weird inflammatoin. my doula told me she had 3 other clients w th the same thing and no one ever found out; what it was. it eventually stopped and they went on to have more kids. how can I fall pregnant again if there is an inflammation? my ob is brushing me off and treating me like a hypochondriac which I am not, as the inflammation is noted by everyone but him. I am hoping this new ob-gyn is going to solve my problem so I can go on and just enjoy my life. Have you ever seen a patient who had the symptoms I am describiing? I know you can not diagnoise but am curious what the heck is going on here. Thanks,
