The cervical cancer that can not be detected with Pap Smears.(for Dr)From: Maggie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 28 Oct 2002 16:06:32 -0600 (CST)
If 10% of Cervical Cancer don’t show the normal symptoms like Lesions etc. how are they usually detected? Is it when the cancer is too advanced and there are other symptoms (like bleeding or pain) therefore the survival rate is not good or there are other ways? Could this sort of cancer be seen by Colposcopy exam (with visualization) What are the symptoms of cervical cancer?
