I've been spotting every cycle anywhere from day 15 to 24 (light spotting) and I notice pain & cramping. I've had 3 ultrasounds done, no abnormalities detected. All paps normal. Very scared about cancer of endometrium or ovary. Would this have been detected on ultrasounds...one of which was transvaginal. I've tried new pills last year (couple different brands), not much improvement. Trying Diane next cycle, if this doesn't work going off. I'm 31, and so scared I have cancer.
