Time Change & Birth Control Pills

24 yrs. old, no kids. I may sound like an idiot but I would rather be safe then pregnant. Before the time change I took my pill at 5 a.m. this morning I woke up early so that I was taking it when my body's clock was used to taking it. Is it o.k. to just get back to my 5 a.m. schedule even though that will be an hour's difference. Obviously I'm perhaps overly paranoid about the "take this at the same time everyday" instruction.
