And you are not too young for a pessary but have they diagnosed exactly which prolapse you have? ie cystocele, rectocele, uterine prolapse? Also try the following site - http://www.communities.ninemsn.com.au/choiceforprolapse. They wil be able to giveyou some good advice. Good luck.
