Please what could be causing this pain that i have been having on my right ovary for about 2 years now.(i'm 33) It comes and goes, no pain meds needed and especially just before my period and during ovulation sometimes. I also have on and off spotting before periods and sometimes in between.I have had lots of pelvic exam since and nothing was wrong, my doctor says a scan would be needed if the pain got worse.
