Since no stone is being left unturned, I would make sure it's menstruation and not an infection of some kind. (bladder,kidney, etc). My niece was in a similar circumstance, and her mother was brushed off by the pediatrician as "just menstruation". It was NOT mensturation as further tests revealed (because her mother kept pursuing it as she doubted the diagnosis). She was treated, and is completely fine. She did not begin her period until a few years later!
