Lapidus M.D.: "Re: worried about my period..." I have been off the pill for six months and have not received my period. I went to the doctor after three months of not getting it. He said that there was little he could do at that time and that he likes to let nature take it's course. He also told me that this is not unusual for a woman going off the pill.
