I have taken Ortho Tri Cyclen, Ortho Novum 777 and just finished my first pack of Nordette yet nothing has helped with the cramps. They are still as bad as they were before I started birth control. Is there anything I can do to get rid of these cramps? I used to take advil but it now seems to not work. Please help. I'm sick of having bad cramps!
