Sometimes its really light and other times there are large clotts. I went to my GYN and they tried me on Ortho Cyclen for a month. That did not stop the bleeding. Now I am trying prometrium 200mgs for 14 days. I have taken my 4th pill and I am still bleeding. How long should it take before the bleeding stops. I am 42 yrs old and the doctors says I am going through perimenopause. Desperate in Ga.
