Hi Kristy:
Just wanted to let you know that I saw the urologist for my prolapse and she confirmed what the my gyne and the other urologist I saw said...she wants me to have the surgery as soon as possible as my prolapse is a 3rd (almost 4th degree). She said that my bladder was pushed to the left side and that just having the bladder neck suspension would not be enough. She also wants another physician in on the surgery, a urogyn whom she said is very good. I will have to have an extensive surgery, bladder sling and vaginal suspension (again!). Also, she wants to do this with an abdominal incision..this scares me as I have had all prior surgeries done either laparoscopically or vaginally. So,now after I see the other surgeon on November 19th, we will schedule the surgery. I am waiting until after the holidays b/c I have so much going on! Hey, thanks for listening.....
