They all were diagnosed as dysplastic and I have been told by the dermatologist that I am at high risk for melanoma (I have other risk factors - blond, blue eye, family skin cancer etc.). In the last two years I have had CIN1 and when my fallopian tubes were removed they showed "atypia but no obvious malignancy". My questions are: Is atypia in the fallopian tube considered precancerous? Does atypia in the fallopian tube increase risk for ovarian cancer? Does being at high risk for melanoma increase my risk for gynecological cancers?
